A-Rod Opts Out!

Just announced on FOX during the 8th inning of Game 4.

And it’s the most exciting thing I’ve seen this postseason.

Stay tuned for more, as I’ve been waiting for this for a year (check the archives to see my obsession).

I’m just happy he didn’t come to our club (Angels). Don’t get me wrong, he’s a great ball player and has the dedication only to improve for the remainder of his career, but (there’s always a but) for the past 23 years, the club who employed the highest paid player did not win any championships! Sad but true. With the devastating blow dealt by the Red Sox we can’t afford to take that chance. I’m not usually a superstitious person, but then again that’s not superstition- but a fact. It takes 25 good players to win the game…not one good looking great ball player.
